I first started meal prepping over a decade ago as a personal chef, cooking healthy meals for my clients all while struggling with digestive issues and zero consistency in eating well myself. Meal prep changed the game for me, making healthy meals easy, and helping me heal. When I became a mom, everything changed. I no longer had the time I used to to spend prepping, and I needed to find a new method- or methods- to make meal prep work in different seasons. As a chef I knew the strategies to make cooking fast and efficient- and as a new mom, I knew how important eating healthy was to me and for my family. I experimented, I worked with dozens of moms with different family sizes and lifestyles- and in 2017, Healthy Mama Meal Prep was born.
